Common questions

Before you apply

Do I need my own contracts with universities?
No. That is the point of working through a group. You submit to MCL Global and we route the application to the institution under our agreement with them.
Who owns the student relationship?
You do. We work behind you, not in front of you.
How is commission handled?
Terms are agreed in writing before you submit anything, and commission is paid on confirmed enrolment. Exact rates depend on destination and institution — we will set them out during onboarding.
Which markets do you work with?
We have offices in the UK, Türkiye, Qatar, the UAE, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Morocco and China, and work with partner agents well beyond those.
Is there an agent portal?
Yes. The MCL agent portal is live at agent.mclglobal.org. Open an account, and once we have approved your agency you can search courses, submit applications and track each one through to enrolment, with offers and commission on the same record.
